DIRECTIONS
WEST from New
York City and points east via the Long Island
Expressway (I-495)
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) east
to Exit 56, Route 111. From the exit ramp,
turn right at the first traffic light onto
Route 111—you'll be heading south. Immediately
bear to the left onto Wheeler Road/County
Road 17—you'll be heading south. Wheeler
Road/County Road 17 changes into Carleton
Avenue after the Railroad crossing. Travel
south on Carleton Avenue for approximately
one mile and turn left into the NYIT campus
entrance.
Once you enter campus, at the first STOP sign
make a right onto Robbins Rd. Go approx a
quarter of a mile (passing a golf course on
your left) .The road bears left to enter the
parking lot of the Student Activity Center
which is the white building directly up front.
EAST from New York
City and points west via the Long Island Expressway
(I-495)
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) west
to Exit 56, Route 111. From the exit ramp,
turn left at the first traffic light onto
Route 111—you'll be heading south.
Follow directions as above.
Southern State
Parkway
Take exit 43(A) and bear to the right. Look
for the NYIT sign. Take Carleton Ave for approx
one mile. Turn right into Admissions Dr to
enter campus. At the 3rd STOP sign make a
left to enter parking lot. Student Activity
Center is the white building directly up front.
